Melancholy (in Ubud, Bali)

This place, Ubud, in Bali, gave me an infusion of the purest form of melancholy.

I’m almost certain it’s all about the richness and the beauty of life and love, but seeing it through the lens of overly sensitive human perception it may seem too unclear not to be called by all the wrong names.

For some unknown reason, the whole grand vastness of beauty made itself available to be perceived by some.
It was beyond their own evolution because the thing that really hurts is being unable to fully receive what you can perceive.

When we perceive beauty we can’t receive, (or love) some would say it’s the curse. But it’s just – melancholy.
I’m almost certain.
